SHIPPING POLICY
Customs taxes
When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.

All goods are shipped from CA (US). A tracking number is provided.
We aim to ship in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE! Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days to deliver to you.
Express Delivery:
The cost of express delivery is $1.50. Express delivery takes only 1 to 2 business days to deliver the goods to you.

We will use DHL, UPS and USPS global courier services to deliver your package to non-US areas.
Accurate delivery shipping prices and times are calculated during the checkout process.

Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with delivery. Please be aware that orders from outside the US may be subject to import fees on delivery.
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...
Wrong address
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.

We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
